Gift Cards

It is our policy that Gift Cards cannot be refunded for cash, check, or credit card. We will only provide store credit. Amount on Gift Card will be honored for services; if you do not wish to have services performed the Gift Card will be honored for products only.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 15 years old to use our tanning facilities. Parental consent is required for certain services performed on a minor (massages, etc.).

Guarantees

Chemical services will be guaranteed if professional products are used. We will only guarantee our perms if complaint is made within two weeks of service date.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in pricing, packages or gift certificates. Gratuities are at the discretion of our clients and are greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all services (except "Day of Beauty Packages, as explained below). If a service is not cancelled within 24 hours, we must charge half of the price of the service. No-shows will be charged full price of service. A credit card is required for all new clients for services over $50.00.

Day of Beauty Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of "Day of Beauty" packages require at least a 48-hour notice, or gift certificate will be voided.

Privacy

Ship Shape promises not to share your personal information with any third parties except as necessary to provide you with requested services, or as required by law. We will do our best to protect your information from loss or theft. We will also attempt through reasonable and customary measures to keep your correspondence and services with us in confidence.
